250 grams
cassava
tops
Preparation

Pound cassava
tops
until
crushed.

Put
crushed
cassava
tops
in pot, add milk and ginger.

Bring to boil.

Mix
well add

and
simmer
for 10-15 minutes or until coconut milk is cooked.
