Creole Zucchini Soup

Ingredients

Slice 3 or 4 zucchini (unpealed)
1 1/2 tablespoons ground pepper
1 tablespoon to 3 cayenne pepper
1 3/4 tablespoons garlic powder
1 3/4 tablespoons chili powder (Mexican chili powder)
cup Shake well---makes 1-½ or more
(I also like it sprinkled on chicken before baking)

Preparation

Cook in a tightly covered pan until soft.

Do not add water.

If you want an all creamy consistence, put in blender.

If you like chunky, do not puree.

Add 1 large can (12 oz) chicken broth, Large can evaporated milk and 1 to 2 teaspoons creole seasoning mix.
