Light and Healthy Dark Chocolate Chip Cookies With Crunchy Walnuts

Ingredients

1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup flour
1/4 cup low fat milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup walnuts, finely chopped

Preparation

Combine brown sugar, sugar, oil, egg, vanilla and milk in a bowl.

Combine flour, oatmeal, salt and baking powder in another bowl.

Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients.

Add chocolate chips and walnuts.

Drop by teaspoonfuls onto non-stick baking sheet. Bake 8 – 10 minute until browned.
