Deep Fried Onions

Ingredients

12 ounces onion julienne or thin rings
salt, as needed

Preparation

Heat the vegetable oil in a deep fryer or a deep pot to 375F

Dredge the onion in the flour and shake off any excess deep fry until golden brown drain on absorbent paper towels season with salt and keep warm until read to serve
