Creamy Potato Bake

Ingredients
Melted butter, to grease
300 ml ctn thin cream
125 ml (1/2 cup) milk
1 1/4 kg sebago (brushed) potatoes, peeled, thinly sliced
100 grams thinly sliced prosciutto
60 grams (¾ cup) finely shredded parmesan
Preparation

Preheat oven to 170°C. Brush a 2.5L (10-cup) capacity ovenproof dish with melted butter to lightly grease. Combine the cream and milk in a saucepan over low heat and cook, stirring occasionally, for 2 minutes or until heated through.
