Fettuccine With Mushrooms and Cream

Ingredients

320 grams of homemade Fettuccine
400 grams of porcini mushrooms
20 grams of dried mushrooms
250 ml of (single) cream
optional:stock cube
extravirgin olive oil

Preparation

Brown the mushrooms with some oil in a pan

Add the stock cube and 1/2 glass of water

Meanwhile,dip dried mushrooms into water and pour them in the pan too

Add the cream and let it on heat for 10 minutes

Keep mixing with a spoon

Cook the pasta

Strain it

Sautè in the pan
