Ingredients

1 pound broccoli florets
3 ounces fl peanut oil
4 teaspoons minced ginger
4 teaspoons minced garlic
2 ounces green onion, sliced on the bias
salt as needed
Ground white pepper as needed

Preparation

Blanch the broccoli, carrots, Celery and stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes. add the zucchini and squash and stir -fry until tender.

Heat the peanut oil in a wok, add the ginger, garlic, and green onions. stir fry until aromatic, about 1 minute.

Add the broccoli, carrots, and celery and stir - fry for 2 to 3 minutes. add the zucchini and squash and stir-fry until tender.

Season with salt, pepper, and sesame oil/ serve while very hot.
