Rice Balls

1 cup rice - cooked
1/2 cup ground beef – cooked
3 slices mozzarella cheese – cubed
1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
2 eggs – beaten
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
