Homemade Holiday Wine

Ingredients

3 pounds Grapes
1 Cake yeast
3 pounds Sugar
1 quart Water

Preparation

Mash grapes well with potato masher. Add sugar, yeast and water to mashed grapes. Let mixture ferment for 9 days. Strain mixture and bottle juice (do not tighten lid or caps). After 9 more days, wine will be ready for serving. Served chilled.
