Japanese Chicken Wings

Ingredients

3 pounds chicken wings
2 eggs, beaten
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons water
1/2 cup vinegar
1 cup sugar

Preparation

Cut chicken wings into 3 parts. Discard wing tips or save for soup. Dip other 2 parts in egg dust with potato starch and fry for about 2 minutes on both sides, but don't brown. Place wings on cookie sheet lined with foil. Pour sweet and sour sauce over wings and bake 1 hour turning over after 1/2 hour. Bake in 350 degree oven.

Put all above in pan and heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
