Ingredients
3/4 cup
Butter
, softened
2 tablespoons
Sugar
1 2/3 cups
Flour
(sifted)
3
Eggs
, separated
2 1/4 cups
Light brown sugar
1 cup
Walnuts
, chopped
3/4 cup Flaked
coconut
Confectioners' sugar
Preparation
1
Cream
butter then add granulated sugar and
beat
until light. Add flour and
mix
well. Put into 9"x13"
baking
dish
and
bake
at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and
cool
.

Beat
egg whites until fluffy.

Beat
egg yolks and then gradually
beat
in
brown
sugar, nuts, and coconut.

Fold
in egg whites and then spread over
top
of
baked
cookie.
Bake
for 25-30 minutes and then
cool.
Cut
into squares.
