Vegetarian Chow Mein

Ingredients
1 packet of fresh noodles of your choice
A handful of bean sprouts
1 carrot, peeled and sliced
1 garlic clove, peeled and minced
1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon kicap manis (or any sweet soy sauce)
1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
Fried shallots and spring onion for garnshing
Preparation

Mix vegetarian oyster sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, kicap manis , white pepper together in a bowl with 2 tbsp of water. Set aside.
