Italian Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

3 mediums carrots, sliced
2 stk celery
3 tablespoons melted butter
1 1/2 teaspoons mixed herbs
1 1/2 lt stock
1 tin tomatoes
125 grams spaghetti in 3cm lengths
2 teaspoons sugar

Preparation

Cut up vegetables. Cook 15 mins in butter without burning with lid on pan. Add herbs, pour in stock. Add tomatoes, bring to boil. Add spaghetti, simmer 20 mins. Add sugar & season to taste.
