Oven-Fried Fish

Ingredients

2 pounds Fish Fillets, bite-sized
1 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Milk
1 cup Dried Bread Crumbs
1 teaspoon Basil
1 teaspoon Oregano
2 tablespoons Melted Margarine

Preparation

Heat the oven to 500F degrees. In a shallow dish, mix the salt and milk.

In a separate bowl, combine the bread crumbs, basil, and oregano. Dip the fish pieces in the milk and then roll them in the bread crumb mixture.

Place the fish in a nonstick baking dish. Pour the melted butter over the fish and bake 10-12 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Serve immediately.
