Ingredients
1 pound Beef, sliced cross thin
2 tablespoons Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Sesame oil
1 tablespoon Sesame salt, see below
teaspoon Fresh ground black pepper
4 Scallion, chopped 1" Pieces
3 Cloves garlic, Peeled, crushed
1 teaspoon Fresh ginger root, grated
1 tablespoon Saki, or dry sherry
1 tablespoon Red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon Peanut oil
Sesame seeds, toasted
