Cold Cucumber Soup
Ingredients
Fresh dill to taste ⅛ - ¼ c
pepper to taste
2 cucumbers, peeled, seeded
cubed
8 ounces walnuts, chopped
1 pt. sour cream
1 1/2 pt. plain yogurt
2 cloves garlic, diced
2 tablespoons olive oil
Chicken broth to thin soup out
