Quickly Does It! Light Cabbage Soup
Ingredients
Preparation

Boil some water in a medium to large saucepan ,once it is boiling high, add in some olive oil.

Chop up the cabbage and then add in to the saucepan the vegetable stock.

Throw in all of the vegetables and let it boil high for 2 more minutes.
4
Now turn down the gas to medium boil and add all of the herbs.

i like this soup because it is quick to cook and because it keeps all of the vitamin content ,it is also healthy. it keeps the old colons clean and fresh!
this soup freezes well!
