Ragi Panckaes For Kids

Ingredients

1/2 cup of curds
1 pinch A of Salt
1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
1 teaspoon of Cinnamon powder
Oil for shallow frying

Preparation

Take a big vessel and add both the flours in it. Mix in the salt, baking soda and cinnamon powder and keep it aside.

Take another vessel and add sugar and curds into it. Whisk it thoroughly for a few minutes.

Pour the sugar and curd mix into the dry powders. Give a good stir.

Heat a girdle and pour a ladle of the pancake batter on it. Sprinkle a tsp. of Ghee or butter around it. Turn the pancake and do the same for the other side.

Serve the hot Ragi Pancakes with honey, fruit syrup or jam.
