Perfect Pizza Crust

Ingredients

2 cups warm water
6 cups flour
2 teaspoons yeast
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 cup olive oil

Preparation

In mixing bowl, add water, sugar and yeast

Allow to sit until frothy (5 minutes)

Add flour, salt

Using dough hook, start kneading

Add oil to working dough

Knead until dough forms a ball and pulls away cleanly from the sides of the bowl (5 minutes)

Remove from mixing stand, cover and allow to rise until doubled. (1 hour)

Yield:

12 inch pizzas
