Cranberry Bark

Ingredients

1 pound white chocolate (broken in pieces)

Preparation

Melt 1 pound of white chocolate pieces in microwave (about 2 minutes; stirring after 1 minute). Stir in 1 cup dried cranberries. Spread onto a wax-paper lined cookie sheet and refrigerate until set. Break into pieces.

It's a really quick, easy candy that everybody seems to like. I've put it in my Christmas gift baskets. I like to wrap several pieces in the coloured plastic wrap that is available now.
