Italian Beef Sandwich

Ingredients
3 pounds cooked shredded chuck roast
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)
4 sliced pepperoncini peppers
1 sliced green pepper (optional)
2 can beef broth (or homemade)
1/4 cup pepperoncini juice
1 Italian roll or Submarine bun

Trim and discard visible fat from chuck.

Cook all ingredients together for 30 minutes and serve on crusty italian rolls, or crusty sub buns.
