Simple Yogurt

Ingredients

4 liters liquid milk
4 tablespoons white yogurt

Preparation

Boil the milk and leave to become warm.

Maximize the yogurt mixture and mix slowly just for one session or two with a wood spoon.

Cover the pot.

Cover pot with a piece of woolen cloth and place in the dark,warm place for 12 hours.

Take off the cloth and then leave the vessel covered with lid and put it in the fridge for a period of not less than 4 hours or until it cools well.

You can use yogurt as you want and can remain viable for use for two weeks or more, according to his condition as long as is in the fridge.
