Chicken Kebab

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds chicken breast – cut into 11/4 inch cubes
4 bay leaves
1 medium onion – to liquidize
1 inch green bell pepper – cut into 1 pieces
1 inch yellow onion – cut into 1 pieces
6 tablespoons olive oil
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Preheat oven 350 degrees:

Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes and then place on a stove top griddle drizzled with olive oil to finish the cooking process reaching a beautiful caramelized golden color.

These kebabs can also be cooked over glowing embers brushed with the remaining marinade.
