Preparation

up 2 1/2- 3 lb. broiler-fryer chicken wit 1/4 cup all-purpose flour, then with milk mixture.
Coat
with 3/4 cup fine
dry
bread
crumbs.

baking
pan.

at 375* until tender, 45 to 50 min. Do not
