60 grams (½ cup) grinded walnuts
80 milliliters (⅓ cup) fresh orange juice
75 grams (½ cup) plain flour, sifted
1 cup self-raising flour, sifted
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
150 grams clementine jam (or orange jam)

Preheat oven to 170°C. Line twelve 80ml capacity muffin pans with cases. Use an electric beater to beat the butter, sugar and orange rind and clementine jam in a bowl until pale and creamy. Add the eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition.

Add grind walnuts, flours, baking powder and orange juice. Add the spices.. Spoon into the lined pans and smooth the surfaces.

Bake for 30 minutes or until cupcakes are firm to touch. Set aside in the pans for 5 minutes to cool before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Brush the glace over the cupcakes. and garnish with berries or marzipan.
