Bacon Butty

Ingredients

2 slices bacon

HP Sauce (optional)

In a medium skillet, saute the bacon until crispy.

Butter one side of each slice of bread. Place the cooked bacon on the butter side and close to make a sandwich. Add HP Sauce if desired.

The bacon butty is a common sandwich eaten in Great Britain. It is simply buttered bread with bacon.
