Balsamic marinated mushrooms
Ingredients
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons garlic, crushed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation

For vinaigrette, combine vinegar, 4 T olive oil, garlic, herbs, salt and pepper in a bottle or jar with a tight fitting lid. Shake until thoroughly emulsified.

Gently saute in 2 T olive oil over medium low heat for 10 minutes.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

These never last long enough for me to get a picture. Much tastier than the ones you buy at the deli too!
