Smoke-Flavored Turkey Stew

Ingredients

1 kg Turkey fillet, cut into but-size pieces
2 cups little or medium Champignons

Preparation

Warm up chipotle on dry skillet untill it become softly and aroma rises. Cut it lengtwise and soak about 1 hour in hot water

Remove seeds and dice finely. Pound it in mortar into paste. Another way to put soaked chili in food processor with some water and puree

Fry turkey on high heat with little of oil until brown from each side.

Pour sour cream in heavy bottom pot. Bring to a boil stirring constantly to prevent curdle

Add turkey, salt, cover and let it simmer about half an hour

Add champignons to the pot, stir. Cover and simmer 30 min more

Add chipotle paste, stir. Heat up and simmer until sauce become thick
