beaten

white onion,
chopped
salt
and ground
white pepper
2 tablespoons
vegetable oil
Preparation

Season
the egg with
salt
and pepper

Heat
the oil in a
frying
pan

Fry
the onions until almost
brown
and fragrant
4
Pour in the egg, swirl it so that it covers the
frying
pan
5
Leave to cook on one side for a 2 minutes
6
Flip
over to the other side, cook for 30 seconds
7
Serve
on its own or as a side
dish
.
