Ingredients
1 cup (2
sticks)
butter
1/2 cup confectioner's
sugar
1/2 teaspoon
vanilla
1 3/4 cups sifted
flour
1/2 cup chopped
walnuts
Confectioner's
sugar
Preparation
1
Cream
butter. Add sugar and
beat
until light and fluffy.
Blend
in vanilla and flour, add nuts. Shape into balls.
Chill
1 hour.
Bake
20 minutes.
Roll
warm
balls in confectioner's sugar. Oven 350 degrees.
Yields:
4 to 5 dozen.
