Beef with Ginger and Green Pepper

Ingredients

150 grams rump beef in slices,
75 grams green pepper in cubes,
75 grams onions in cubes,
5 grams red chilli chopped,
5 grams mushrooms sliced,
1 teaspoon soys sauce,
Beefstock,
salt (taste),
oil,
1/2 teaspoon corn flour,
1/4 teaspoon ginger powder.

Preparation

Season the beef with soys sauce and salt,dust with the corn flour and ginger powder.

Fry the beef in hot oil quickly and remove from the pan.

Add the green peppers,onions,mushrooms sliced and red chillies and quickly stir fry.

Replace the beef inthe pan.

Add a little soya sauce and beef stock.

Stir and then serve.
