Silver White Cake

Ingredients
2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup shortening
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon
4 egg whites (not yolks)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375.

Add all the moist ingredients at once, except for the egg whites.

Beat mixture until smooth.

Add egg whites and beat until creamy.

Pour into pan, which has been greased ad floured, (or muffin tin with paper cups).

Makes amazingly good white cupcakes, or use it to make a cake!

Silver White Cake Recipe is the best for cupcakes. Thanks Kim!
I used vanilla for the ( 1 teaspoon ) that has no ingredient next to it.
