Peanut Sauce

Ingredients
1/2 cup natural-style peanut butter
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon seasoned rice vinegar
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon finely minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon finely minced ginger

In a small bowl, combine the peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, red pepper flakes, garlic and ginger. Add enough hot water, a tablespoon at a time, to achieve a smooth sauce,
