Beef Stew With Tomato Sauce

Ingredients

8 ounces cubed beef
2 cups tomato juice
1 can tomato sauce (4 oz.)
Dash of thyme, bay leaf, 3 med. onions
3 med. carrots

Preparation

Brown meat. Add tomato juice, tomato sauce and spices; cook until tender. Cube onions and carrots. Cook until tender.
