About
The rich creamy texture from the dressing and the sweetness from the tomatoes is a feast in the mouth. The recipe uses tarragon as flavoring for the dressing. The flavor of tarragon is like a middle child, sandwiched between the assertive winter herb rosemary and basil, the darling of summer. Tarragon is called the "King of Herbs" by the French, as it is the main flavoring in many of the sauces that form the foundation of classic French cuisine. It is found in the produce section of the supermarket perched with other fresh herbs.
