German Brown Bread

Ingredients

2 1/2 cups Milk, sour
1 cup Maple syrup, or sugar
2 teaspoons Baking soda
1/2 teaspoon Salt
Graham flour, to make thick batter

Preparation

Place in bread pan, let rise in warm place 1/2 hour. This makes 1 large loaf.

Note: No time or temperature given. Assume a moderate 350 - 400 F oven for 45 - 60 minutes.
