Grind or chop fine:

Add: (or 1 pkg. frozen spinach, squeeze water out of spinach) 2 eggs 1 c. fine bread crumbs 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated 2 tbsp. parsley, chopped

Blend thoroughly. Use your favorite ravioli dough mixture.
