Grilled Vegetables In Maple Syrup
Ingredients

olive oil
250
ml
maple syrup
herbes de provence,
to taste
salt
and
pepper,
to taste
vegetables
for grilling (peppers,
leeks,
mushrooms,
few drops balsalmic
vinegar
Preparation

Whisk
together first 4 ingredients; toss mixture with vegetables.

Roast
in a 350 degree F (180 degree C) oven for 20 minutes, or
grill
or
fry.

Baste
with vinegar before
serving
