No Knead Fluffy Rolls

Ingredients

1/2 cup sugar
1 cup pkg. Dry yeast, dissolved and cooled in 1 of warm water
1/2 cup wesson oil
4 cups flour (may use white or wheat, or a combination of the t
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Preparation

Mix the first 5 ingredients in mixer. Remove from the mixer.

Stir in flour, salt and baking soda.

Let stand overnight (or until doubles in size, about 8 hours).

In the morning, divide dough in half; roll like pie crust. Note - dough will be very sticky, add enough flour to make it easier to roll out and to prevent mass sticking to the counter top!

Cut into 16 pieces.

Roll starting at big end and folding the little end underneath.

Put on cookie sheet. Cover with cloth, let rise.

Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
