Strawberry Frosting
Ingredients
2 sticks (1 cup) slightly cold unsalted butter
pinch of salt
1/4 cup strawberry puree
3 cups powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation

Beat the butter and salt in a stand mixer, or with a hand mixer, until light and fluffy.

Mix in the puree until fully incorporated.

Add the vanilla and powdered sugar. Mix until light and fluffy.

Taste and adjust to your desired sweetness and consistency. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 1 week.
