Linguine With Clam Sauce
Ingredients
1/2 cup Olive oil
4 Garlic cloves - minced
2 can (6 1/2 oz) minced clams
1 cup Parsley, chopped
1/4 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
12 Clams
1/2 cup Water
1/2 cup White wine
1 pound Linguine
Preparation

Directions: In a large saute pan, heat the oil. Saute the garlic until golden. Add the minced clams, parsley and pepper flakes. Simmer for 3 minutes. In a separate pan, place the whole clams, water, wine and garlic clove. Over high heat, bring to a simmer, cover and steam clams until they open. Cook the pasta. Add the linguine to the clam and parsley mixture.
