Hot Vegetable Salad

Ingredients

125 grams green beans
6 onions, medium
1/2 red capsicum
2 stk celery
1 teaspoon curry powder
2 teaspoons sugar (caster)

Preparation

Trim beans, cut into 5cm lengths.

Peel and quarter onions.

Remove seeds from capsicum, cut into strips.

Cut tomatoes into quarters.

Cut celery diagonally into 2. 5cm slices.

Saute vegetables in hot oil 4 minutes, put into large salad bowl. Add dressing and toss lightly.

Dressing:Combine all ingredients in screw-top jar, shake well.
