Ingredients
1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
2 teaspoons Lemon juice or tatri 1- 2 pinch
2 teaspoons Corn starch
2 kilograms Sugar
1 pinch Caramal colour
Dry milk powder for coating
few drops Caramal flavour

When milk fully coagulated add one glass cold water and sieve through muslin cloth (malmal cloth).

You will get 200-250 gram of Shaninna (cottage cheese).

Now add baking powder and corn starch to it and dough well to a smoonth texture. Then made small balls or oval shape dumbles from it and keep aside.
