Cajun Creole

Ingredients

1 Onion,chopped,med
2 tablespoons Margarine
1 Green pepper, chopped
1 Celery stalk, chopped
1 tablespoon Parsley
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon Salt
6 ounces Tomato paste
2 cups Water
2 cups Shrimp, not cooked

Preparation

Melt margarine, add onion, green pepper and celery. Saute until tender.

Stir in remaining ingredients, except shrimp. Cook over low heat for 20 minutes. Add shrimp and cook for an additional 10 minutes. Serve over rice.
