Arrowroot Jelly

Ingredients

3 tablespoons arrowroot powder
1 cup water

Preparation

Place the arrowroot powder in a saucepan. Slowly mix in the water, until smooth. Stir over high heat until the jelly boils & clears. Remove from heat. Use after cooling a few minutes, or store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. If it starts to separate, boil again.
