French Breakfast Puffs

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups All purpose flour
3/4 cup Sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons Baking powder
1/4 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
1 Slightly beaten egg
1/2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
1/2 cup Milk

Grease twelve 2 1/2-inch muffin cups; set aside.

In a large bowl combine flour, 1/2 cup sugar, the baking powder, nutmeg, and 1/8 teaspoon salt. Make a well in the center. In a small bowl combine egg, milk, and 1/3 cup margarine. Add to flour mixture. Stir JUST TILL MOISENED (batter should be lumpy).
