Dandy Meyer Pink Lemonade
Ingredients
6 Dandy Meyer Lemons (avail at Wegman’s)
16 ounces Cuervo Margarita Mix
2 tablespoons Grenadine
1/4 cup Coconut Cream
Ice as preferred
Preparation

Cut and juice lemons into large pitcher. Add Gin, Margarita Mix, Grenadine. Warm the Coconut Cream in the microwave for 15-30 seconds, until thin and runny. Add to mixture. Stir well. Add cubed or crushed ice as you prefer. Also works well blended in a blender with the ice. Enjoy on a hot afternoon on a cool, shaded deck, by the pool, in a lounge chair. Let worries melt away.
