Herb Crusted Roasted Chicken
Ingredients
1 teaspoon Basil
1 teaspoon Oregano
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 1/2 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Place thawed chicken on a plate

Coat the chicken with all herbs and seasonings

Drizzle olive oil over chicken

Place chicken on a non-stick broiler pan

Bake chicken for about 30 minutes

Extract chicken from oven and drizzle with balsamic vinegar

Put chicken back in the oven for another 30 minutes

Cut chicken on an angle into strips

Serve over rice or potatoes
