Baked Eggs With Salmon and Cheddar

Ingredients

1 egg
3 tablespoons double cream
1 tablespoon salmon pieces
1 tablespoon grated cheddar
salt and pepper to taste
butter for greasing

Preparation

Boil some water in the kettle

Pre-heat oven at 180 degrees celsius

Grease a ramekin

Layer ramekin with salmon, cheddar and cream

Break an egg into the ramekin
6
Place ramekin onto a baking dish
7
Pour boiling water until it reaches midway on the sides of the ramekin

Bake in the oven for 15 minutes until the whites are set and yolk is slightly runny
.
