Lunch Time Quiche

Ingredients
6 Eggs
500 grams Bacon(sliced into small cubes)
300 grams Tasty Cheese (grated)
1 Onion (sliced into small pieces)
5 sheets of Puff Pastry
1/4 cup of Worstershire
Preparation

Cut each pastry sheet into quarters, and push gently into oiled muffin tin.

Add a spoonful of bacon and onion mix, and then a spoonful of cheese.

Fill each pastry shell till roughly 1/3 full with egg mixture.

Bake in 180°degree oven for 20 minutes or until golden.

Note: for a more vegetarian style quiche try some spring onion and cherry tomatoes.

About
For as long as I can remember my Mum has made the most scrumptious 'Quiche Lorraine' that are the perfect size for a lunch time snack.
