Lunch Time Quiche

Ingredients

500 grams Bacon(sliced into small cubes)
300 grams Tasty Cheese (grated)
1 Onion (sliced into small pieces)
1/4 cup of Worstershire

Preparation

First Cut up your onion and bacon, then heat your pan on to high to warm it up and spray with Canola oil, once warm put in all of your bacon, onion and Worsteshire sauce, once cooked through take off of heat.

Whisk your eggs, cream and milk in bowl and set aside.

Cut each pastry sheet into quarters, and push gently into oiled muffin tin.

Add a spoonful of bacon and onion mix, and then a spoonful of cheese.

Fill each pastry shell till roughly 1/3 full with egg mixture.

Bake in 180°degree oven for 20 minutes or until golden.

Can be surved hot or cold and can be freezed for later consumption.

Note: for a more vegetarian style quiche try some spring onion and cherry tomatoes.

Or for a lower fat version use fat reduced cream, pastry sheets and cheese.
